Welcome to Polycom Level 1 Technical Training. This training is designed for all technical audiences, to assist in preparation for technical certifications or attendance at Level 2 instructor-led training. The modules will be regularly updated to follow product releases and as new certification tracks are added. Please read the notes below and then choose the link that will get you quickly to the content you need. Items shown in grey are currently included in RealPresence Platform: Level 2 Readiness Pre-work but will soon be added to this site.
Completion of the relevant Level 1 Technical assessments is mandatory for certification, though assessments may be attempted without undertaking any of the courses listed here.
If a passing grade is not achieved it is highly recommended that the associated learning listed here is completed prior to re-attempting an assessment. This learning can be accessed using the links below using a computer or mobile device.
Pre-requisites for Level 2 technical training may include required Level
1 Technical assessments.
